In recent years, the rapid advancement of AI, cloud services, and open-source technologies has made it possible for individuals or very small teams to build products and businesses that once required large corporations. The concept of the "one-person unicorn," as mentioned by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, perfectly captures this shift. It refers to entrepreneurs who can create billion-dollar value alone or with minimal help.

We recently founded a company as a team of two, and we're currently focused on developing our first product. We are still unknown, and our resources are limited. But there are advantages to being small. Decisions are made quickly, we can iterate with agility, and the sense of ownership is incredibly strong. Constraints force us to focus on what truly matters and to build with intention and discipline.

Our goal isn't necessarily to become a unicorn in the traditional sense. Instead, we want to create something meaningful—something that brings real value to users, even if built by just the two of us. We believe in the spirit of this era, where small teams can make a big impact. We want to prove that through our own work.

The journey has just begun. But step by step, we're committed to building with care and conviction. It's not about how many people we have. It's about how deeply we build. That's the kind of startup we want to become.
